BAE Systems Information Technology
offers competitive compensation packages for all levels of employment. Our compensation
system includes our Career Tracks Program. Your career may progress along a certain
career track. We also offer a formalized annual salary review program.
- Retirement
Savings Plan (RSP)
The RSP provides a tax-effective and convenient way
to save for your retirement income. This is a 401k savings plan with a real advantage.
You can contribute up to 18% of your pre-tax salary with an IRS cap of $12,000.
In addition to employee contributions, BAE Systems Information Technology matches 50% on the first 6%
of your pay that you contribute to the plan.
Our plan meets the needs

possibilities. Employees may decide how to invest their own contribution as well

Account
Available for all full
time employees from first day of hire, we provide tuition aid for approved job-related
courses and course-related books and materials. Maximum annual benefit is $3,000. - Adoption
Assistance
To help ease the financial obligation of adopting a child, we offer
assistance to employees working 19 or more hours per week. The company will reimburse
up to $1,000 ineligible expenses for each adoption of a child under age 14. Eligible
expenses include:

- Attorney's
fees and court costs
- An initial medical examination of the child
