(FSS ITS) - GSA Schedule Training DigitalNet
offers two categories of Dedicated Classroom Training: Government
Responsibilities - For all GCCS-related training and non-DigitalNet
site Microsoft Certified classes, the Government shall provide suitable classroom
space, associated equipment (e.g., overhead projectors, screens, etc.), and all
DigitalNet-recommended/required computer equipment and supplies at no charge to
DigitalNet. For hands-on training courses, there must be a one-to-one assignment
of computer workstation to students.
- For all GCCS-related training DigitalNet
shall provide one copy of all written materials (i.e., manuals, handbooks, texts,
etc.) normally provided with course offerings. It shall be the responsibility
of the Government to duplicate such documentation for each student. Such documentation
will become the property of the student upon completion of the training class.
DigitalNet
Responsibilities - For all Microsoft Certified classes, DigitalNet
shall provide written materials (i.e., manuals, handbooks, texts, etc.) normally
provided with course offerings. Such documentation will become the property of
the student upon completion of the training class. For all DigitalNet-site Microsoft
Certified classes, DigitalNet shall provide suitable classroom space, associated
equipment (e.g., overhead projectors, screens, etc.), and all DigitalNet-recommended/required
computer equipment and supplies.
- DigitalNet shall provide each student
with a Certificate of Training at the completion of each training course.

The contractor shall provide the following information for each training course
offered:
- The course title and a brief description of the course
content, to include the course format ) e.g., lecture, discussion, hands-on training);

The length of the course
- Mandatory and desirable prerequisites for student
enrollment;
- The minimum and maximum number of students per class;
- The
locations where the course is offered;
- Class schedules; and

Price (per student, per class (if applicable)).
Cancellation
and Rescheduling - The Government will notify DigitalNet at
least (5) business days before the scheduled training date, if a student will
be unable to attend. DigitalNet will permit the Government to either cancel the
order or reschedule the classroom training at no additional charge. In the event
the training class is rescheduled, the Government will modify its original training
order to specify the time and date of the rescheduled training class.

In the event the Government fails to cancel or reschedule a training course within
the time frame specified in paragraph a above, the Government will be liable for
the contracted dollar amount of the training course. Should this occur, DigitalNet
will, for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the original course date,
permit the Government to (re)schedule a student for the same training class at
no additional charge.
- The Government reserves the right to substitute
one student for another up to the first day of class.
- In the event DigitalNet
is unable to conduct classroom training on the date agreed to by DigitalNet and
the Government, DigitalNet must notify the Government at least five (5) business
days before the scheduled training date. DigitalNet will then permit the Government
to either cancel the order or reschedule the classroom training. In either event,
the Government will modify its training order accordingly.
